Word History: Legend has it that the word andkon was first produced when the its owner was doodling in Photosop trying to create a new logo for his new site. andraskonya.com seemed a bit too long. Thinking of how to shorten it, he came up with andkon.com. Generic-sounding and easy to remember and prounounce, andkon has started to creep into to everyday vocabulary, with sometimes quite contrasting meanings. Opponents remember the name with fear and disdain, even after long periods of time, while supporters are in awe and gaze at the word with utmost reverence.
